How do I place my order?
Simply click on the items you want to buy and put them to your shopping cart. Check out and make payment and you will be waiting for your items to be delivered to you!

Am I able to cancel/change my order once payment been made?
Any cancellation or change or order are not allowed once payment been made as the order already been generated and sent to warehouse for preparation.
Is there any warranty for your items?
All warranties will be directly from manufacturer and will be stated on the individual item page if any.
When will my order be send to me?
For ex-stock, the maximum lead time will be 5 working days. For pre-order items, the maximum lead time will be 28 working days. You may refer to your order list.
Am I able to do a refund/return/exchange after I purchase the item?
If your item is faulty or damaged, you may do a refund/return/exchange. Items under clearance, promotion, sale, special or best buy will be strictly not subjected to any refund/return/exchange.
You may raise a refund/return/exchange request. Submit all relevant documents, photos, pictures for our assessment. We will get in touch with you after our assessment.
If you are eligible for the refund/return/exchange, kindly do send the item back to us via registered mail in the same condition as when you received your item, preferably together with the packaging. We will proceed with the refund/return/exchange after we have received the item back.
Is there any delivery charge?
There will be a charge of $8 per delivery address. (Weight less than 3kg, Dimension Limit L+W+H Less than 80cm). Delivery is free if purchases is S$200.00 nett (after discount) and above. However, if purchases is not within Singapore mainland, for example Sentosa, Ubin etc, there will be another additional $30 for every delivery.
All payment can be made via PAYNOW or Bank Transfer before delivery.
