Payment Mode

All payment can be made via Bank Transfer, Cheque Payment or Cash on Delivery mode. Deposit payment for Home electrical appliances has to be made via Bank Transfer and balance to be either Bank Transfer, Cheque Payment or Cash on Delivery mode. All  payment/balance payment should be done before or on the date of delivery.

Delivery

Charges

All deliveries will be within Singapore mainland and free if purchases is S$300.00 and above on a single invoice and to one (1) delivery location. Delivery charges will be applicable for purchases below S$300.00 and for any delivery outside our scope as follow:

Timing

The delivery timing made online is only indicative. Aceliving reserves the right to alter the delivery timing to suit our delivery schedule and route if necessary should unforeseen circumstances arise. Our delivery team will contact you via the contact number provided by your goodself one (1) hr before delivery.

Delivery Timing: 10am - 6pm (Monday - Saturday)

General

In cases where the products/goods run out of stock / change of model / delay in shipment, we will notify you within the shortest time possible via email. Delivery date and time will then be re-scheduled base on our earliest time slot available. We reserve the rights to cancel the order or refund customer within two (2) weeks from date of cancellation by cheque should such circumstances arise.

Items may be deliver seperately if there is multiple items ordered.

Refund / Return / Exchange / Warranty Policy

Items under clearance, promotion, sale, special or best buy will be strictly not subjected to any refund/return/exchange/warranty. There will not be any refund/return/exchange/warranty of item/s should there be any damages found after our delivery team have delivered the goods and left your premises. All goods should be inspected on the spot and any damages should be reported to delivery team.

Warranty

Warranty period will be stated on product description if there is any. All warranties will be provided directly by respective manufacturers if there is any. All terms and conditions will be stated on the warranty cards together with goods/products.

Proof of Purchase

Kindly do retain the invoice sent to your email address as stated during your ordering process as proof of purchase.
