Where is the location of your showroom?

We do not have any showroom. We minimise overhead cost to pass on the savings to you.

How do I place my order?

How do I make payment?

You can make your payment either by cheque or cash upon delivery of goods. You can also opt to pay via bank transfer. Just click on the icon for bank transfer for our bank details.

For Home Appliances and custom made items, you will be require to pay a deposit when making your purchase.

Is there any warranty for your items?

All warranties will be directly from manufacturer and will be stated on the individual item page if any.

When will my order be send to me?

Different product will have different delivery leadtime. The delivery lead time will be shown on your invoice. If you have multiple items, you might expect the delivery time to be on different day. However, we will try our best to consolidate so that you do not have to make several arrangment.

What if I need to collect my items on a later or different date?

You may delay your collection for not more than 1 month from your day of notice to us. However, you need to give us at least 3 days of notice prior to your actual collection date. You can email us your request via [email protected] or call us at 6363 3129.

What if the items send to me is damaged?

If you find that the items send to you is damaged, kindly indicate on the spot. Rest assured that we will arrange an exchange for you. Our customer service officer will contact you the next working day. However, if our delivery had left, we will not be liable for any reund/return/exchange. You can refer to our Terms and Conditions under the Refund/Return/Exchange/Warranty for more details.

What if I need to cancel my order?

You have to give us a 3 days notice in advance if you want to cancel your order. Kindly do state your order number and the items you want to cancel clearly. You can email us your request via [email protected] or call us at 6363 3129.

Is there any delivery charges?

Delivery is free if purchases is S$200.00 and above. However, there are other charges based on the conditions of the venue. Kindly do refer to our Terms and Conditions for the list of delivery charges.

Is there any GST charges?

All our price are inclusive of GST.

Do you provide disposal service?

We only provide disposal service for mattress only.
